Description

We are working on behalf of this well-established Saudi based organisation that requires an Internal Senior Recruitment Specialist to handle all the different recruitment activities within the company. As internal Senior Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for: • Dealing with external recruitment agencies • Sourcing and selecting candidates for internal vacancies • Managing the offer and joining process • Working on special recruitment projects for the organisation Experience: • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology / Human Resources, Education or other relevant fields. • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Recruitment preferably in a medium or large scale company setup. • Knowledgeable in the different Recruitment methods. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Customer Service Oriented. • Results oriented and works well under pressure. • Attention to details. • Self dependent.
